Rezzal is led by Laura Baker, an AI and technology leader with over 16 years of experience spanning full-stack engineering, cloud architecture, and machine learning delivery. She’s built scalable SaaS platforms, architected LLM-powered tools for conveyancing and legal indexing, and led strategic transformations across consultancy and proptech.
Laura brings deep expertise in agentic AI orchestration, legal process design, and emotionally intelligent UX. She’s scaled high-performing teams, delivered enterprise-wide data strategy, and shipped production-grade systems using Azure, Databricks, and modern engineering practices.
