She has built scalable SaaS platforms, architected AI‑powered tools for conveyancing, and delivered strategic transformations across consultancy and proptech.
Laura specialises in agentic AI orchestration, legal process design, and emotionally intelligent UX — shaping systems that reduce friction and elevate the client experience.
